For some time I had considered undertaking an MBA program, but found that many of the courses would be too difficult to fit into my lifestyle. I discovered that the distance education program offered by the Chifley Business School was both high quality and flexible enough for me to undertake the study units at my own pace. Distance education allowed me to schedule studies at my pace—taking breaks between units if necessary.
The course has provided me with much factual information and also many theoretical frameworks that give a deeper understanding to many of the things we do on a day-to-day basis.
The sequential nature of the program in achieving firstly a certificate, then a diploma and finally the Masters degree, gave me a sense of achievement as I met those milestones.
I highly recommend health professionals to undertake this program if they seek to improve the way in which they deliver their particular health service. It will also give them insight into the way in which they cope in their unique workplace setting.
Achieving success takes considerable effort, my only regret is that I didn’t undertake this program earlier in my career.
