REMOTE EXAMINATION VENUES
For Examination candidates who are more than 150 kms from one of the established examination centres or have approval to use a scribe.
Wherever possible Monash University will arrange an appropriate Venue and Supervisor (Invigilator), however in cases where they do not have an established exam venue, students are required to nominate a supervisor and venue. Any examination candidate who is more than 150kms from one of the established examination venues may need to locate a suitable examination supervisor for their examination(s).
- Nominated supervisors should be someone who holds a position of some responsibility, for example:
- Staff Member of an Educational institution i.e. School Teacher, Examinations Officer
- Clergyman
- Training/Personnel Manager
- Police Officer
For verification purposes the invigilator will need to provide a work email address and either a business card or letterhead.
Relatives or students studying with APESMA or its affiliated bodies are unacceptable as supervisors or scribes.
