In addition, each of the programs has specific entry requirements as follows:

MBA (TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT)

Possession of a recognised tertiary, professional level qualification i.e. an undergraduate degree.

MBA

It will be assumed that students have undertaken adequate quantitative units in the undergraduate program to prepare them for the material studies in the core units. Where an applicant holds an undergraduate degree which did not involve quantitative studies, the applicant will be advised to undertake appropriate bridging studies in this area.

A minimum of 3 years (equivalent full time) managerial or administrative experience at senior level.

MASTERS OF TECHNOLOGY IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The entry pre-requisite is possession of a 4-year tertiary qualification or a 3-year degree with Honours.

Students who have completed a 3-year undergraduate degree will be required to have completed a minimum of 3 years (equivalent full time) professional experience and to submit a 4,500 word on the relationship between their practical work experience and previous or current study.

Entry is offered based on the assessment of this essay. Students would then be required to complete 12 units. The additional 4 units can be selected from the units offered in the APESMA MBA (Technology Management).
